These Terms govern your use of SSAVY at ssavy.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

SSAVY is a marketplace that connects brands with content creators. Brands can post gigs and discover creators; creators can build a profile, connect their social accounts, and apply to gigs. We provide the platform; we are not a party to any agreement you make with another user.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You may connect your own YouTube or Instagram accounts. You represent that you own or are authorised to connect them, and you can disconnect at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful, misleading, infringing, or abusive content; no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access; no scraping or misrepresenting your reach or identity.

Content & data

You retain ownership of the content and information you provide. You grant SSAVY a limited licence to display it for the purpose of operating the service (for example, showing your profile and verified stats to brands). Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Payments & subscription

SSAVY offers an optional paid subscription, SSAVY Premium, for creators at ₹99 per month. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details. The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and our Cancellations & Refunds policy governs cancellations and refunds. Premium is an online-only digital service, activated on your account immediately after payment (no physical shipping).

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSAVY is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for the conduct of any user, brand, or creator.

Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the service over time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
