SSAVY (“SSAVY”, “we”, “us”) operates the website ssavy.com, a marketplace that connects brands with content creators. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account & profile. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. Creators and brands may add a phone number, location, niche/industry, bio, links, and rate ranges.
- Connected social accounts (optional). If you choose to connect your accounts, we access:
- YouTube (Google account, scope
youtube.readonly): your channel name, thumbnail, and public statistics (subscriber, view, and video counts). We do not read, upload, modify, or delete your videos or any private data. - Instagram (Instagram Business Login): your username, account type, media count and, for professional accounts, your follower count.

- Usage data. Basic analytics (via Google Analytics) and standard server logs to keep the service secure and reliable.
How we use your information
- To create and operate your creator or brand profile.
- To display verified, first-party reach (e.g. follower/subscriber counts) on your profile so brands can evaluate collaborations.
- To match creators with relevant gigs and enable messaging between parties.
- To maintain, secure, and improve the service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use Google user data for advertising. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Payment information
If you subscribe to SSAVY Premium, payments are processed by our payment gateway, Razorpay. Your card, UPI, and bank details are collected and processed directly by Razorpay under their own privacy policy and PCI-DSS-compliant systems — we do not receive or store your full payment credentials. We retain only subscription status and payment references needed to provide and support your Premium access.
Storage & third parties
Data is stored in MongoDB Atlas. Access tokens for connected accounts are encrypted at rest and are never shared or shown to other users. We use the following processors: Google (sign-in, YouTube, Analytics), Meta/Instagram (Instagram Login), EnsembleData (public Instagram statistics for accounts that are not connected), and Razorpay (subscription payments). We may disclose information if required by law.
Data retention & deletion
You can disconnect a linked social account at any time from your dashboard, which removes the stored token and synced stats. To delete your entire SSAVY account and associated data, use the “Delete account” option on your profile page, or email us at soldier.sumit11@gmail.com and we will delete your data within 30 days.
Your rights
You may access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time through your profile, or by contacting us. If you connected Google data, you can also revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
